We have scoured the world for wasabi recipes, reviewed wasabi products, researched articles that deal with wasabi, delved into the art of wasabi growing, and generally tried to collect together a substantial amount of knowledge about this unique food plant.

There is information on making sushi, growing wasabi, chemical makeup, health benefits and product reviews.
