This is really simple to make and can be used in all those places where you would normally used flavoured butter, such as making garlic bread.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Namida® Wasabi paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
4 Tbsp. softened butter (not melted)
Method
- When flavour has developed in the wasabi paste, mix it gently into the softened butter.
Note: If using unsalted butter then you might want to add a pinch or so of salt to bring out the flavours.
This will keep in the refrigerator, covered, for a long time.
