Brain Cancer and eating Wasabia japonica
A recent study has shown that brain cells that have been excited by the consumption of unique Isothiocyanates found in the Wasabia japonica rhizome are normal cells and cancer cells remain unexcited. It does this by activating the TRPA1 pain receptor.
When the brain is exposed to Radiation Therapy, the unexcited cells (cancer) are targeted and the excited (normal) cells are not.
See a video explanation below.
This study indicates that you need to consume Wasabia japonica with a high concentration of Isothiocyanates – such as SaWasabi® High Strength Glucosinolate powder with a minimum of 24000 ppm, before going for (or maybe even during) your Radiation Therapy.
Taking it as a freshly made paste is preferable as it is the pain caused by the sinus rush that excites the normal healthy brain cells, thereby protecting them from the effects of the radiation.
SaWasabi® High Strength Glucosinolate Powder can be obtained from here. This Powder is made from 100% Pure Wasabia japonica rhizome grown in water with no additives used. This powder has been independently tested for Glucosinolate levels and is the highest available anywhere in the world.
Note: The Glucosinolate is the stable precursor (starting block) for the unstable Isothiocyanate which do all the heavy lifting in protecting the human body from the ravages of cancer. The Glucosinolates require Myrosinase (which is available naturally in the Wasabia japonica rhizome) and water to produce the Isothiocyanates responsible for exciting the TRPA1 pain receptors in the healthy brain cells. Other Cruciferae plants do not produce these unique Isothiocyanates.
