A lovely basic wasabi mayonnaise recipe made the traditional way. The wasabi gives the mayonnaise a punchy and yet smooth flavour. Really lovely.
This recipe uses fresh Ahi Tuna. It should be borne in mind that due to overfishing the world’s Tuna is an endangered species. However, the Fishing Lobby of various countries, Japan in particular, are maintaining that the Tuna is not endangered and continue to catch as many as they can.
This is a variation of Buffalo Wings that seems to be sold almost everywhere these days. Instead of using Hot Sauce we use Wasabi instead to give us the flavour.
