Normal vegetables kill Breast Cancer cells without harming normal cells

A study led by Madhwa Raj, Research Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, found that the combo killed 100 per cent of sample breast cancer cells without toxic side effects on normal cells.

The super cocktail of six natural compounds found in turmeric, vegetables, fruits and plant roots can kill breast cancer cells without harming normal cells.

The results are published in November 2013 issue of The Journal of Cancer.

These six vegetables were found to kill breast cancer cells when combined, but were not as effective individually.

Curcumin known as turmeric, Isoflavone from soybeans, Indo-3-Carbinol from cruciferous plants, C-phycocyanin from spirulina, Reservatrol from grapes, and Quercetin, a flavonoid present in fruits, vegetables, and tea.

All these vegetables are readily available and should be consumed as part of a normal diet.

Once again these foods are;

Turmeric (use in curries)
Soybeans (snacks or vegetable)
Cabbages, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, Wasabia japonica (snack or vegetable)
Spirulina (add to smoothies)
Grapes (eat any time)
Fruits and Tea (eat or drink any time)

So off to the greengrocers for your cancer cure.
