Blue Cheese Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2-1 tsp. wasabi paste
2 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

Method

    1. Mix or blend.
    2. Serve on sandwiches or roast meats.
