Wasabi Dressing

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Namida® Wasabi paste made with Namida® wasabi powder
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest

Method

    1) Combine all dressing ingredients (including Wasabi paste) and whisk until smooth. A blender or food processor works well with this.

Serve with Rice Salad
