Wasabi List v1.3.1 Now available

A new version of the Wasabi List has been released.

You can download this latest version here.

There are more and more “Wasabi” products coming on the market and yet they are all fake or diluted to such an extent that there is no flavour that you can taste from true Wasabia japonica.

The only 100% Pure Wasabia japonica powder available to the public is Namida 100% Pure Wasabia japonica powder.

The worse case I came across was a product that claimed it had 20% of Wasabi LEAF in it – LEAF is only used as a colouring agent and when you worked out the per Kilogram cost it came to a whopping USD1875.00, or USD855.00 per pound. Note that this is for LEAF which has almost zero flavour.

Feel free to share this Wasabi List with your friends and family. The link to use when sharing it is https://wasabi.org/list.

I hope you find this useful.

See https://wasabi.org/articles/is-your-wasabi-really-coloured-horseradish/wasabi-list for more information on this free list.

What are you getting in your Wasabi Product? Genuine Wasabia japonica or a coloured horseradish / mustard mixture?
