Wasabi Tuna Melts
Ingredients
Small can of tuna (125gms)
1/2 cup grated cheese (Cheddar or Mozarella)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion or shallots
4 Tbs Namida® Wasabi Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Namida® Wasabi soy sauce
Toasted Bread slices
salt , pepper to taste
Method
1) Combine together all the wet ingredients.
2) Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3) Add to tuna, cheese, onion and celery stir to mix and break up tuna.
4) Spread mixture on toast.
5) Place under grill until cheese is bubbling.
6) Serve immediately.
