Wasabi-flavoured spinach

Ingredients

6 oz. spinach leaves
2 tsp mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp water
1/4 tsp Namida® Wasabi Paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder

Method

  1. Lightly boil or steam spinach just until wilted, about 20 seconds.
  2. Drain.
  3. Rinse spinach under cold water.
  4. Squeeze water out of spinach.
  5. Mix mirin, soy sauce, water, in a small bowl.
  6. Stir in Namida® Wasabi paste until it dissolves.
  7. Mix sauce through spinach evenly.
  8. Enjoy as a small side dish with rice.
