6 oz. spinach leaves
2 tsp mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp water
1/4 tsp Namida® Wasabi Paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
- Lightly boil or steam spinach just until wilted, about 20 seconds.
- Rinse spinach under cold water.
- Squeeze water out of spinach.
- Mix mirin, soy sauce, water, in a small bowl.
- Stir in Namida® Wasabi paste until it dissolves.
- Mix sauce through spinach evenly.
- Enjoy as a small side dish with rice.
