Namida® Wasabi Infused Vinegar

Ingredients

50gms Namida® Wasabi Paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
1 litre vinegar (White vinegar is good as it shows the colour, but any vinegar will do).

Method

  1. Make up Namida® Wasabi Paste and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix paste with small amount of vinegar to form a slurry.
  3. Add slurry to bulk of vinegar and whisk together until fully mixed.
  4. Pour into bottle and allow to settle.
  5. Does not need refrigeration and can be used as required.
