Namida® Wasabi Infused Vinegar
Ingredients
50gms Namida® Wasabi Paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
1 litre vinegar (White vinegar is good as it shows the colour, but any vinegar will do).
Method
- Make up Namida® Wasabi Paste and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix paste with small amount of vinegar to form a slurry.
- Add slurry to bulk of vinegar and whisk together until fully mixed.
- Pour into bottle and allow to settle.
- Does not need refrigeration and can be used as required.
