Avocado Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients

2 Tbs. Namida® Wasabi paste made with Namida® wasabi powder
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and pureed
3 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
Pinch black pepper

Method

    1) Combine all ingredients well and chill.
    2) Serve with Crab Cakes.
