Sweet Brown Rice Sushi
It’s simple and fun to make and you can change the fillings with any ingredients you like. Using sweet brown rice instead of normal white sushi rice adds more flavour to the sushi. IMHO.
Lamb Sushi Roll
An unusual meat sushi roll that uses cooked minced lamb. Really nice cold, but some of my family prefer them heated. Just as good either way.
Blue Cheese and Pastrami Sushi
This is a truly westernised sushi that will make the sushi “affectionado” cringe. But it does taste nice and that is all that really matters. 🙂
