This is similar to the traditional creamed horseradish sauce that you used to get with the Sunday Beef roast. This is smoother in appearance and really brings out the flavour of the beef.
3 Tbs. Whipped heavy cream
8 oz. Sour cream
1 tsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Namida® Wasabi Paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
- Whip heavy cream on high speed for one minute.
- Fold whipped cream into sour cream.
- Add the remaining ingredients, one at a time in the order given.
- Stir until just blended.
This will keep in the fridge, covered, for a couple of days.
It is also good to replace mustard or use on sandwiches and salads instead of mayonnaise.
Also good with fish, poultry, ham and steak. Just an excellent all round sauce and dip.
