The WM (Wasabi Mojito)

Ingredients

2 oz Namida® Wasabi Spirit™
10 – 15 Mint Leaves
1 oz fresh Lime Juice
1 oz simple syrup
splash of soda water
1 Mint Sprig for garnish

Method

  1. In the bottom of a tall glass, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup. (Muddle lightly to just release the oils in the mint, do not pulverize the leaves.)
  2. Add the Namida® Wasabi Spirit™.
  3. Top with crushed ice and the soda water.
  4. Stir well from the bottom up.
  5. Garnish with the mint sprig and serve!
