Wasabi Soy Drizzle

Ingredients

1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Namida® Wasabi Paste made with Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
1 Tbs dry sherry
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp water

Method

  1. Place top 4 items on stove on medium high, do not boil.
  2. Mix 1 teaspoon each water and cornstarch into a paste.
  3. Bring soy mixture to simmer; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cornstarch mixture and stir 1 minute.

Serve sauce at room temperature, store refrigerated.
