Devils’ eggs

Ingredients

12 hard-cooked eggs
3/4 cup Namida Wasabi Logo Namida Wasabi Mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
6 slices bacon, cooked (crumble 4 slices)
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 tsp dill weed
Smoky paprika

Method

  1. Split eggs lengthwise.
  2. Scoop yolks into bowl and mash them.
  3. Add Namida Wasabi Logo Namida Wasabi Mayonnaise, sugar, crumbled bacon, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and reserved bacon.
