Devils’ eggs
Ingredients
12 hard-cooked eggs
3/4 cup
Namida Wasabi Mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
6 slices bacon, cooked (crumble 4 slices)
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 tsp dill weed
Smoky paprika
Method
- Split eggs lengthwise.
- Scoop yolks into bowl and mash them.
- Add
Namida Wasabi Mayonnaise, sugar, crumbled bacon, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill. - Blend well.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and reserved bacon.
