Avocado Wasabi Cream
This is a creamy and rich dip or salad dressing. The wasabi matched with the creaminess of the ripe avocado enhances almost everything you add it to.
1 avocado, ripe & creamy
3 Tbsp orange juice, or water
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (can use Cider Vinegar)
2 Tbsp Namida® Wasabi Mayonnaise
¼ tsp salt, more to taste
- Cut, deseed and scoop out the avocado in pieces.
- Add the orange juice or water to a blender and top with the remaining ingredients, rice wine vinegar, Namida® Wasabi Mayonnaise and salt.
- Blend until smooth. If it is getting stuck, scrape it down and add a splash more liquid, until it is smooth.
- Add more wasabi or salt as desired.
