Crab Meat or Seafood Casserole
This recipe is so good you could use lobster or shrimp or clams or any seafood.
2 cans crab meat
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
4 eggs, hard cooked peeled and chopped
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 slices of white bread, crumbed
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
Serve with Wasabi Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
