This is a very rich and tasty cream that can be used either as a flavour additive to a meat and fish meal. I prefer to use it as dip, but each to their own. There will be other recipes that use this cream sauce as an ingredient.
Baked Salmon Wasabi Burger
This is a burger with a difference. Firstly we are using salmon as the protein source, and secondly we are using wasabi as an ingredient instead of using relish or pickle. You can use these as well, but I find that you tend to lose the flavour of the salmon.
Wasabi Shrimp Devilled Eggs
This is a variation on the traditional devilled eggs served as finger food at most parties.
Sushi, Sushi everywhere you want it
There was a time when Japanese food was considered too exotic for the mainstream palate. This has become a thing of the past, though, because now you can find sushi bars and Japanese restaurants in every major city around the world. People have come to love Japanese food such as nigiri sushi, makimono (rolled) sushi, sashimi and tempura irrespective of where they live. Sushi Bars are the latest fast food joints.
Wasabi Honeyed Shrimp
Shrimps or Prawns marinated in a wasabi and honey mix before cooking. This recipe can be used either as a BBQ on bamboo skewer treat, or even better – cooked in a pan in the kitchen – that way you get more on your plate.
