Wasabi Avocado Mayonnaise

This is a vegetarian mayonnaise without any eggs. It can be used as a dip or a spread.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Namida® Wasabi paste made with Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and pureed
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
Pinch black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients well and chill.
  2. Serve with Crab Cakes or as a Salsa style dip.
