Wasabi Paste Dipping Sauce (3)

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
4 Tbs cooking wine
1/2 Tbs rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs coriander (cilantro), minced
1 Tbs Namida® wasabi paste made with Namida® wasabi powder

Method

    1) Place all ingredients in food processor, mix well and strain.
    2) Place in small bowl.
    3) Serve as a dip with Wasabi Tofu Soup
