Wasabi Pea Soup

I should have called this recipeĀ “One can soup”. šŸ™‚
The wasabi peas add a spicy crunch,Ā and take on a sweet tomato flavour.
Fresh celery makes this soupĀ one of the best tomato soups ever!
Horseradish and tomatoes, yummy!

Ingredients:

1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of wasabi peas
1 can of chopped celery
black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine tomato soup, chicken broth, wasabi peas and chopped celery in a soup pot and heat until hot, stirring about ten minutes until the celery is to your desired taste.
  2. Season with black pepper to taste.
