Wasabi Pea Soup
I should have called this recipe “One can soup”. 🙂
The wasabi peas add a spicy crunch, and take on a sweet tomato flavour.
Fresh celery makes this soup one of the best tomato soups ever!
Horseradish and tomatoes, yummy!
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of wasabi peas
1 can of chopped celery
black pepper to taste
- Combine tomato soup, chicken broth, wasabi peas and chopped celery in a soup pot and heat until hot, stirring about ten minutes until the celery is to your desired taste.
- Season with black pepper to taste.
