Wasabi Daikon
Ingredients
•1 small daikon, peeled and cut into 2cm thick slices
Wasabi dressing:
•1/2 tsp Namida® wasabi paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
•1 Tbsp soy sauce
•1 tsp rice vinegar
•1 tsp sesame oil
Directions: How to make Wasabi daikon
- Steam daikon about 5 minutes.
- Mix dressing ingredients.
- Serve daikon and pour wasabi dressing over it.
- Serve immediately
