Wasabi Daikon

Ingredients

•1 small daikon, peeled and cut into 2cm thick slices

Wasabi dressing:

•1/2 tsp Namida® wasabi paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder
•1 Tbsp soy sauce
•1 tsp rice vinegar
•1 tsp sesame oil

Directions: How to make Wasabi daikon

  1. Steam daikon about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients.
  3. Serve daikon and pour wasabi dressing over it.
  4. Serve immediately
