Wasabi Shrimp Rolls

This is a good shrimp sandwich to make for a change of pace. You can make this as hot as you like.
This recipe makes two rolls.

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and chopped shrimp
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 Tbsp Wasabi mayonnaise
2 hot dog buns
black sesame seeds

Method:

  1. In a bowl combine shrimp, celery, green onion and mayonnaise.
  2. Toast buns on grill if desired.
  3. Top buns with shrimp mixture and some sesame seeds.

Note:

You can also add the mixture to vol-au-vent cases to make a tasty and unusual party appetiser.
