A different take on the traditional BLT. This has more spice and depth of flavour and is ideal for eating at any time. Don’t be surprised if you see this in the fast food places and restaurants shortly. 🙂
Sweet Brown Rice Sushi
It’s simple and fun to make and you can change the fillings with any ingredients you like. Using sweet brown rice instead of normal white sushi rice adds more flavour to the sushi. IMHO.
Warm Wasabi Seafood Salad
Add some olive oil on a stir fry pan, heat it up and stir fry the seafood for a few minutes.
Lamb Sushi Roll
An unusual meat sushi roll that uses cooked minced lamb. Really nice cold, but some of my family prefer them heated. Just as good either way.
